How is your meat shipped to ensure freshness?
All perishable items are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep safely and at the correct temperature.
What does 'Regenerative Agriculture' mean for your products?
Regenerative agriculture focuses on restoring soil health, increasing biodiversity, and improving the water cycle. For our customers, this means nutrient-dense food sourced from ecosystems that are being actively healed rather than depleted.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order, though we often offer flat-rate shipping tiers for larger orders.
Are your animals grass-finished or just grass-fed?
Our ruminant animals, like our bison and beef, are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture and are never fed grains, antibiotics, or added hormones.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
